Saul and I first started working together with the intention of building more muscle. Outside of gaining and calories, many people have such a HUGE misconception associated with gaining- which causes them to accumulate an excessive amount of body fat early on in their MASS. Knowing this, setting him up with a proper understanding of nutrition/training was fundamental. Part of the equation with Saul as well was getting him to be better with his stress management techniques. We can only control how much stress we exposes ourselves to with our training, but we can't necessarily control how much stress we're exposed to in activities of daily living. This is where we have to be skilled with managing our 'life' stressors, therefore we can be in a position where we can induce more stress via training. Blessed to have the opportunity to work with Saul!
