The biggest thing with Muhammed was him balancing supply and demand. He's a developer, so goes long hours on end without eating/moving- we had to break that monotony. Not only did we manage to make his work flow much more efficient, but we catered his nutrition/training in a way to where it would be effective for his given 'life' context. The first 8 weeks were spent at maintenance calories, while the remaining 24 weeks following were spent in a deficit. We managed to improve his understanding with nutrition/training, but also the concept of supply/demand.. and making him more aware of being active throughout the day. I'm super proud of Muhammed for how far he's managed to come!
