ABOUT THIS ...
Harry first came to me with the intention of a short fat loss phase for the summer. Given our timefame we we're some what limited in terms of what we could accomplish- but during our time together Harry managed to make significant improvements in his body composition with simply implementing some structure, being more aware of his food selection and activity throughout the day... All theses 'small' variables combined with consistency allowed him to make substantial progress. Congrats Harry!
