Juan and I first started working together, after he had a bad experience with a online coach. He wasn't happy with the results he was making, and he felt that the extreme protocols and meal plan he was placed on was holding him back. He ended up falling out and found his motivation again once he inquired with me. I was throughly impressed on how quickly his body responded to the macro adjustments we were making, within 24 weeks time Juan was able to make some drastic progress. By the time we finished his cutting phase his protocols were: 225g carbs, 55g fat, 180g protein, training x5 days/week, doing cardio x3days/week.
