Parker first came to me with the intent of undergoing a contest prep. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to help him step into the best version of himself. The first 3 weeks of his time with me we're at maintenance where, because the nature of his goal, we focused on more of the advanced aspects of nutrition/training. Understanding things like the importance of micronutrients, nutrient timing, MPS, and how so many different variables influence your ability to bring stage ready conditioning to fruition! By developing a foundation we were able to spend the next 29 weeks in a deficit and had a diet break during the midpoint. We also implemented 48 hour refeeds every 6 days. Due to his goal being contest lean conditioning listening to his biofeedback signals/communication was imperative as we had to manage his training properly throughout the process. Nonetheless, I'm throughly impressed with parker and his willingness to get shit done. Hell of a debut season and I can't wait to continue to watch him grow!
