When AJ came to me he didn't really have a regimented structured routine, more over he wasn't tracking his macros, or how many calories he would burn when doing any form of cardio. By tracking his progress on a weekly basis and monitoring that we we're able to reach his goal. 27 weeks of dieting with a 4 week diet break in between we we're able to lose the unnecessary body-fat and build a sustainable routine for him and his schedule. That goes without saying, AJ worked really hard to accomplish the loss of 55LBS and I'm super proud of him. Congrats AJ!
