When Mason came to me he was depressed and was extremely unsatisfied with his progress in the gym. Not only were we able to change his perspective, but his physique as well. Transformations highlight getting from point A to point B— but this transformation is more mental, than physical and I’m super proud of my guy. We didn’t make any drastic macro/protocol adjustments within the time that we’ve been working together. Every protocol adjustment stayed prospective to setting him up for long-term success. Being completely transparent with you guys: Mason has prior macro tracking/manipulation experience, so getting him results wasn’t that hard— we didn’t have to worry about the learning curve.
