David's biggest problem was being vegetarian and understanding how to progress with his body composition related goal given his dietary constraint. The first 4 week together we're actually spent on a meal plan in order to help David understand food selection/how to portion meals/macros out appropriately throughout the day. Once he demonstrated proficiency with hitting his macro targets we started to take meal by meal out of the meal plan and had him replace it with a unique meal that he created himself. In using this strategy we better helped David understand what he needs to be consuming. On the training side of things we really had to work on making his training more effective/efficient and we were able to do so with constant communication and video responses of him training. Super proud of David and I can't wait to continue to watch him kill it.
