THE PINNACLE IN HIGH VOLUME HYPERTROPHY

The pinnacle in high volume hypertrophy training based on and supported by the Theory of Modern Periodization. I originally created Apex Training to be my personal program in my off-season. With some adjustments, I starting sharing it with my clients and the response (along with their transformations) was epic!

I had to share it with everyone!

Apex Training is not your typical training program. It is a high volume program that aims to maximize your muscle gain by utilizing the four main mechanisms of muscle hypertrophy: Mechanical Tension, Metabolic Stress, Cell Swelling, and Muscle Damage.

The program is periodized weekly to ensure that you’ll be able to make consistent progress. It also includes rep tempos for every exercise, an ‘RPE’ scale that fluctuates based on where you’re at in the programming, and a complete video library to ensure that you understand how to perform each exercise.
