WHAT COMES WITH THE 1-ON-1 COACHING?

Upon payment you will receive 1-On-1 coaching, with personalized macros, training protocols and a customized training program.

We will have weekly check in’s with adjustments and direct contact via email, Instagram messenger and Facebook messenger. All packages are customized to cater to each clients's goal, physical/health related restrictions, and experience level.
